Bio
Mr. Abid Hussain has an exceptional track record in the legal field of immigration, nationality, asylum and human rights work. He was Called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn as a Barrister in 2005 and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. He has been working in this area since he qualified and has helped thousands of families and individuals.
Mr. Hussain can provide expert advice on all immigration, human rights, and judicial review cases. Mr. Hussain has built up an extensive knowledge of family law matters and issues relating to children.
He regularly represents clients before Immigration Judges, Designated Immigration Judges and Senior Immigration Judges in single and panel hearings both in the First-Tier and Upper Tribunals of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.
He plays an active role in his local community and engages in many charitable events. He is a member of the Oldham Law Association and is appointed as the current President.
In his spare time, Mr Hussain enjoys attending the gym and playing football. He has travelled to Malta, Portugal and Morocco for a football tour with members of the local community.
He also enjoys travelling and is keen to learn about different cultures, most particularly enjoying the cuisine!
